Professional HEMA tournament management, built by organizers

Manage participants, generate matches, handle scoring, and keep your event running smoothly with tools designed for real tournament workflows.

HEMA Competition Tools was developed within the Montreal HEMA scene to support the real needs of tournament organizers. It has already been used in events such as Montreal Sword Meister, Mini Meister, Femme Fatale, Newb Meister, and Rapier Nationals.

Built through hands-on experience in tournament organization and event management, the platform is designed to reduce administrative overhead, improve reliability on event day, and deliver a smoother experience for participants, staff, and spectators.

The project continues to evolve with feedback from organizers, helping shape features that match real tournament needs and improve the platform over time. If you would like to contribute ideas or report an issue, you can use the feedback form.
